The KINKS Are The Village Green Preservation Society Record Album Reprise 6327
Reprise 6327 etched 30841 Stereo Vinyl album. By the band the Kinks, "Are The Village Green Preservation Society", this LP has a standard record size of 12 inches. Has a cardboard sleeve that opens up with photo of band in the middle, the spine has not been broken, it is in excellent condition showing very few wear marks to cover - see close up pictures. (EX) Some glare in pictures no fading to cover.
Comes with original paper sleeve with picture on one side and advertisements on other - no rips or stains just yellowed from time (EX).
The record has a grading of excellent, it is a very clean scratch fee vinyl, no scratch markings on label by hole in middle. Tested and plays with no skips or pops. Please see all pictures for details and condition.(EX) Some glare in pictures no fading to cover.
From internet: A commercial bomb when it was released, 'Village Green' is now considered Ray Davies' masterpiece. Assembled using songs recorded over the previous two years, the album is magnificently tied together with songs about British lifestyles over the century. It was the last album made by the original quartet, but this is mostly Davies' show, a reaction of sorts against modern times in both its nostalgic themes and the pastoral tone of the songs.
