Up for purchase is The Kinks' Shape of things to Come. This album was released in the UK by PRT Records ?under catalog no. DOW 4 in 1983, 10" long play format. This is the original, authentic, first (and only, I believe) UK pressing; this is not a record club album, a reissue or a counterfeit pressing. Comes with the original inner sleeve. No Bar Code. Licensed by Precision Records and Tapes, Ltd. Made in England. Personnel: Dave Davies: guitar, harmonica, keyboards, vocals; Ray Davies: guitar, vocals; Mick Avory: drums. Tracklist: Side 1 - You Really Got Me, All Day and All of the Night, Till the End of the Day, Set Me Free; Side 2 – Lola, Tired of Waiting, Sunny Afternoon, Waterloo Sunset. All songs by Ray Davies and Dave Davies except "You Really Got Me", by Ray Davies.

The album was not play graded due to the "like new" condition. The cover has some minor shelfwear due to age but it is still intact - the colors are sharp and vivid and there are no splits, tears, stickers or writing. I rate it in NM- or excellent condition. The vinyl shows no wear - I really don't think it was ever played. The labels are clean with no stickers, writing or other damage. I rate it NM in condition. The inner sleeve is in excellent condition with only the slightest trace of ringwear. This is a great copy of a rare, out-of-print LP that would make an excellent addition to any audophile's collection. Who doesn't love to sing along to "Lola"?? See photos for details. All of the records I am selling are from either my own personal collection or my brother's, and they have been in storage since the 1980s. One owner, from a smoke-free environment. Shipping is QUICK and FREE! Except for weekends, we ship the same day if purchased before noon, or the next day if after. All albums are shipped carefully in boxes made specifically for LPs, after first being wrapped in bubble wrap. Additionally, the vinyl is removed from the cover and placed in a paper sleeve next to the cover and original sleeve for shipping to prevent seam splitting. Auction payments must be received within two (2) days of winning. Buy It Now payments are due immediately and the item will remain available for others to purchase until it is paid for. We will combine multiple items for savings on shipping when practically possible. Please note that if you live in a country that does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation through the USPS, the only way I will ship the item is by Express Mail International or FedEx or some service that will confirm delivery.

We do not charge any handling fees and the shipping cost listed is our best estimate of what the actual shipping cost will be. On fragile items, the shipping cost includes insurance. Sometimes it costs more to ship the item than estimated and the additional cost comes out of our profit. On the rare occasion that the shipping cost paid is substantially more than the actual cost, we do refund that difference to the buyer.
