The Killers Hot Fuss Limited Edition Numbered 7" 45 Vinyl Box Set. Released in 2005 by Island Records, Very Rare - Only 5,000 made (this is #636 out of 5,000).
The 45's have never been played. Left corner of box has some damage (see pic).

I worked at a few different Tower Records locations in Los Angeles and we would always have in-store signings / performances and people shopping in the store. I always made sure I got something signed and now I'm cleaning out my collection. I got all of my autographs signed in person and they are 100% legit.
