This album is in excellent condition with no splits in the the original shrink wrap and nice corners and great color. NM books at $30. One of my friends is one of the biggest rock and roll record collectors in the world and he says $40 is an incredibly fair price. If you're a collector and looking for the best, this is it. If you're just looking to buy a nice condition record to play, you can get one for less money. I have a small collection of several hundred still sealed rock albums from the late 50s to the early 70s that I'll be putting up on eBay. + I bought the remnants from Sun Records warehouse in Los Angeles about 30 years ago and that had some great stuff in it including a stack of Johnny Cash's first, second and third albums...all mint! I've got Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Big Bopper, Richie Valens, Beatles, Kinks, etc. All factory sealed or mint.
