The Kinks
1969 Vinyl Album
ARTHUR
(Or the Decline and
Fall of the British Empire)
Excellent condition of a rare 1969 vinyl album of The Kinks classic
ARTHUR (Or the Decline and Fall of the British Empire), which is the
seventh studio album by the band The Kinks and the first of Ray Davies
rock concept album. Twelve tracks and everyone a winner with songs
like Victoria, Some Mother’s Son, Brainwashed, Shangri-La, Mr. Churchill Says
and Arthur to name a few. This LP is on the Reprise label with the catalog
number 6366 and comes with all the original great graphics that pull out of its
gatefold album jacket, (see photo, NOTE, the flare on the right upper corner
of the front cover is NOT a defect, it’s only the camera flash hot spot). A rare
gem of a find in this quality and condition. Experience music the way it was meant
to be heard in all the warm tones of its analog quality stereophonic vinyl sound
and not the inferior audio of MP3s.
Please add $3.00 for postage and handling if being mailed in the U.S.
