PLSE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE 'VERY GOOD' UNLESS STATED.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new conditon with no surface marks or deterioration in sound qualty. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.

Payment terms;

Contact is expected within 3 days of an auction closing.

We currently accept PayPal and personal cheque.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the auction closing without any communication from the buyer we reserve the right to re-list the item without further notice.

Delivery policy;

All items go out within 24-48 hours (working days) after full payment is received. Unless stated otherwise. Our aim is keep delivery costs low while ensuring that your package arrives quickly and safely. Any of our items can be collected personally if desired.

Feedback policy;

We will always leave feedback once the order is completed and buyer feedback is received. 

Feedback helps us know you have received your package and if you are happy with it and our service. Once feedback has been left we will leave feedback within 24 hours. 

Feedback is very important to us, so if you enjoyed the prices and the communication, positive feedback and a good DSR (detailed seller rating) are highly appreciated!

If you are not satisfied with anything during the sales process, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do to make your experience with us as positive as possible.

We have not had any cases in which anyone has even considered leaving negative feedback, but just in case, please contact us prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback and we will do what we can to help.

Returns policy;

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with the purchase that you have made as the item may not meet your requirements or you simply change your mind. For this reason you can return any item purchased from us for up to 7 days from the date you receive your item, as long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received with all packaging and tags attached.

I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items in the post. I will help in any way I can to track a lost item.

Refunds are only given on return of the item / most items are all sent 1st class.
