Description

For sale is the recent vinyl repressing The Village Green Preservation Society by The Kinks. This is the 50th anniversary 2022 release by BMG, pressed on 180g vinyl and part of their "The Art of the Album" series. It includes a faithful restoration of the original album's gatefold sleeve as well as a four page booklet of photos and observations. The original hype sticker from the package has been included on the black anti-static inner sleeve, as shown in the photos. The outer sleeve got a little roughed-up in shipping, and shows some flattening and a few creases along the spine. Thankfully, the artwork is undamaged, and the sleeve still displays nicely. I will be sure to pack it securely to prevent any further damage. The record, itself, is flawless, and has only been listened to a few times. It plays from start to finish with no skips, and shows no visible flaws or damage. FREE SHIPPING! The album will be sent out in a reenforced cardboard mailer. Thanks for looking :-D
