I am continuing to sell my entire vinyl collection, after a summer break.
Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Yardbirds, Who, Small Faces all gone now. Next up Kinks, Stones, Pistols, etc.etc.
I visually grade mostly, as almost all the records I am listing I have never played since buying them, some over 30 years ago. Sometimes I will play suing a Naim/Ortofon/Rega setup.
Here we have a 1st pressing of The Kinks are The Village Green preservation Society on Pye NPL. 18233. Mono.
Laminated gatefold flipback sleeve.

The heavy-duty vinyl is VG+. Some crackles no jumps. There's a little residue from the plastic inner, which isn't unusual and doesn't affect play. A pretty good example of this classic LP, now 51 years old!
The sleeve is VG-. Mainly due to the two spine corners being damged. The top one more so than the bottom one (see the pictures). There's a few laminate creases. No tears, stains, writing, splits. The unlaminated gatefold interior is in better condition, with the flipbacks on the right-hand side.
Plain white plastic-lined inner. U.K. Patent No. 1,072,844. Foreign Patents Pending.
I start all my auctions at £1.00. I don't see any point in higher starting prices. I don't do Buy It Now auctions, or stop auctions early at anyone's request. So no need to ask.
I have my vinyl in Sweden and periodically take it to the UK to post. My next posting period is 11th-13th September. So the winning bidder will need to pay within 48 hours.
