Description

This auction is for a East Wind (Japan) Direct To Disc LP by The LA Four (Laurindo Almeida, Ray Brown, Shelly Mann and Bud Shank)/ Going Home, EW-10004. This 1977 was recorded at Warner Brothers Recording Studio with Lee Herschberg mixing. The LP recording is considered to be one of the finest examples of recording and musical excellence and has become sought after by audiophiles demanding both. The LP was pressed in Japan and released on the East Wind audiophile label. The vinyl is NM, one faint spindle mark otherwise the vinyl is pristine. The LP Jacket) is M- just a hint of ring wear. I specialize in Audiophile LPs, Half Speeds, Japanese Pressings and White Label Promos. Note: I use the same light to grade LPs that I sell and those I purchase! My Grading is very strict and I closely follow the Goldmine Grading system. Grading is in this order: M, NM, M- and VG+, I don't sell records below VG+.
