Very Nice Condition, Labels Are Just About Near Mint, Nice & Clean. Overall I Grade This Record A VG+, Would Be Higher Except There Is Some "Ghost Writing" On The Record.  This Is Visible But Does Not Affect Or Disrupt The Playing Of The Record In Any Way At All..  Record Plays And Sound Great!
