From Smash Records (MGS-27088) this is WALK AWAY RENÉE / PRETTY BALLERINA by THE LEFT BANKE, an original (first ) US mono pressing released February 1967. Jacket shows modest shelf wear mostly at corners, o/w sturdy and attractive (EX+ or better); a promo copy. 

Labels are clean and playing surfaces visibly grade about EX; play grades EX+ to NEAR MINT+ (mostly NEAR MINT). No distortion whatsoever even in the more dynamic passages and even at higher volumes. Crank this baby up! Plays like a dream! You'd be hard pressed to find a better example of this classic in this lifetime!
