Description

This compilation released by Columbia in 1980 contains two takes of many of the songs on the two records, some released on the Okeh label, some on Columbia. Some of the artists featured in addition to the Prez were: Billie Holiday, Roy Eldridge, Teddy Wilson, Count Basie, Harry Edison, Jo Jones. These recordings are all from 1940-41.
