Description

10 LP set, extremely rare to get the set especially in this condition. Each LP sells at about £20.00 each in perfect condition. If your definition of perfect is that the covers are pristine, the booklets (a beautiful chronology of the stories being told in the songs and their roots) are crisp and new and the music plays without jumps crackles or hiss, then this set is perfect. The downside sadly is that there is mild warping to the first five discs. On tracks 1 2 3 and 4 on each disc you will hear a mild rumble when there is silence, when the wonderful music is playing nothing can be heard. The price being suggested here reflects this but I believe a much higher price is possible. Ewan MacColl and Peggy Seeger. 1967 ARGO DA67 to DA75.
