The Mamas & the Papas, a Canadian-American folk rock vocal group which recorded and performed from 1965 to 1968. The band were a defining force in the music scene of the counterculture of the sixties. Their sound was based on vocal harmonies arranged by John Phillips, the songwriter, musician, and leader of the group, who adapted folk to the new beat style of the early 1960s.

I have graded the album Excellent as it plays so well and really I think sits between Excellent and Very Good Plus. There are small signs of it having been in and out of the sleeve and clearly visible play marks that in no way affect play. There is a little background crackle at times between tracks and when soft sections sound in a few places, but this only occurs a little during the early stage of play on Side A.
I have graded the sleeve just Good as it is quite worn, please see pictures
