Description

This auction is for a copy of the Mars Volta's classic debut album in one of its rarest pressings - the Gold Standard Labs silver picture disc. Only 5000 copies of this pressing were made.

I've owned this copy since purchase, stored carefully in a protective sleeve and it has only been lightly played, so is in fantastic condition (I'd argue near mint, but have included plenty of pics so you can see for yourself).

This includes a nice big two sided poster which would be perfect for framing, and also comes with a black and white photo print of Cedric and Omar which I received from the shop I bought it from.

Please bear in mind this pressing does have issues with the vinyl itself which are well documented (take a look at discogs reviews) - there is distortion during playback in various places throughout but otherwise the records themselves are in great condition and this pressing is a rare collectors item all the same.
