I am selling a huge music collection, collected over 50+ years by my Grandfather. The total collection is several thousand records, CD's, and Cassettes, and will take me quite some time to finish cataloging and listing, so here we go! Here I have a copy of The Million Dollar Quartet Album. VG/VG+ overall condition.
The "Million Dollar Quartet" is a recording of an impromptu jam session involving Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins, made on December 4, 1956, at the Sun Record Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. Johnny Cash was photographed together with the others, but not present on the surviving recordings.
This session is considered a seminal moment in rock and roll.
