This is a 1st pressing original copy, released in 1982 on Mob Style Records (10-4-3044), by the legendary New York hardcore punk punk band the Mob, of their 7" 45 rpm EP Upset The System. A great band, hard-hitting fast and loud. A great find for the collector of rare punk rock records.

The original, picture sleeve is in good shape (VG): some minor creasing, some minor tears on the open end of the sleeve, a small split of about 1 inch in the middle of the spine, and some minor wear on the front and back of the sleeve.   

The vinyl is in great shape: VG+ to NM: No scratches, no nicks, no dings, no scuffs, no extraneous noise when played. The labels look very good, no stains, no fading, and no wear. Played only a few times (including once recently to assess the sound quality), the vinyl still looks shiny and clean, and is a great copy for someone lucky enough to own it.

I make every effort to ship your record the same day you pay, provided it is early enough for me to print a shipping label and get to the post office, and, of course, the post office is open that day. Otherwise, it will ship on the very next business day.

I do have a $4.50 handling charge, to partially cover my costs for insurance and packaging materials (heavy duty box and 4 sheets of foamboard). The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Once you receive your record, please let me know it has arrived, by entering your feedback on ebay as soon as possible. PayPal has started a new policy, for all new sellers with fewer than 100 hundred sales, placing payments on hold in my PayPal account until delivery is confirmed and feedback is entered. I don't understand why they are doing this, as my feedback is excellent and at 100%, but it is what it is.  i will be tracking your record on the USPS tracking site, to make sure you get your record in a timely manner.

If you win this auction, and are a U.S. buyer, I will ship your record via USPS Priority Mail.

If you are an international buyer, please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice with the correct shipping charges for your location. Before I send an invoice, I will contact you to determine which USPS shipping method you want me to use: 1st Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, or Express Mail International. Express Mail has the best protection, both for you as a buyer and me as a seller, but I will ship based on what you want me to use. Since I am now printing my own USPS shipping labels, I must declare the full value of the record for customs purposes. If you choose 1st Class Mail, the package can not be insured, and ebay's buyer protection program will not apply.
