Description

The Monkees - Red Vinyl - Taiwan LP - The Monkees (Self Titled).
Considering its age, and the fact that it is from Taiwan, it is in great shape.  Plus, the vinyl is red!
Please see pics.  They are of the actual item for sale.
LP thin cardboard cover if flimsy, as most are from Taiwan.  It is still in its original polybag.  
Record looks unplayed.

Label from Taiwan of doubtful legality. The label catered to US soldiers stationed in Taiwan in the 60's and '70s (but of course Taiwanese citizens bought them, too). Covers were often photocopied from Japanese or US issues with altered colors. Many releases are on colored vinyl. Some records appear also to have been pressed in South Vietnam before 1975 for the local market.

Some people mistakenly call the label "CSJ Records," as they cannot read Chinese; CSJ is not the record label, nor the company, but is a part of the 'Chung Sheng Record' catalogue numbers.
