Description

An original mono 1st press of "Most Of" on the UK Columbia label from 1966. Matrix 1/1 - very 1st cut. Stampers 1RH/1RG - 1st mothers..nice#!. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original G&L mono cover with flipbacks. Also included is an original Emitex inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In very nice condition and has seen relatively light use for it's vintage. Under close inspection expect a few very light marks per side. There's one that could be described as "just getting slightly feelable" over 'House of rising Sun'...let me assure you it does not feature at all in the audio [sixties chunky vinyl!]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with super clarity. These early 1st mother pressing sound...SWEEEET. A really nice clean player all the way through. Expect nothing more than a touch of lightest static in one or two brief passages per side. A real collectors copy which can be enjoyed to it's full potential.
Cover (Vg+) Looks in decent condition and a difficult one to find with a perfectly clear rear. Lovely clean front which hasn't been abused. A couple of very slight creases and a touch of left-over sticker residue in the top right corner. The rear has escaped the worst of the ageing process - a bit showing in places but respectable. The spine is real nice all text perfectly legible. Very little edge wear. All flipbacks secure and the cover retains verygood rigidtiy.
Emitex (Vg) A couple of side splits have been taped up. A bit aged but otherwise aok.
