GREETINGS!

This auction is for two very rare and long out of print Mountain Goats 7" records!  The first is a compilation called Cyanide Guilt Trip.  It was released on Cactus Gum Records in 1995, and features the Mountain Goats track "Leaving Home".  The second is an EP called Philyra.  It came out back in 1993 on Theme Park Records, and features the following songs:  "Third Snow Song", "The Monkey Song", "Love Cuts The Strings", and "Pure Honey".

These 7" records represent the best of early Mountain Goats in my opinion.  I bought them maybe 5 or 6 years ago from a friend, and I have tried to keep them in very good condition ever since.  The records play fine, with just a small amount of surface noise.  The Cyanide Guilt Trip sleeve is in great shape.  The Philyra sleeve has ink from some printed type on the cover.  It looks as if the insert was improperly stored in the front between the cover and the plastic, and that the ink from the insert rubbed off on the cover.  You can see this clearly in the photo.
