Up for auction is a very nice vinyl record album by THE NOMADS titled THE NOMADS S/T LP Mid 1960's US MONO Pressing on RADEX Records MLP-6521 GOOD PLUS VINYL RECORD GOOD MINUS OUTER COVER JACKET ORIGINAL 60's PRESSING AND NOT A REISSUE OR REPRESS
Typical 60's pebbles garage band who tried to sound like The Beatles, along with a few folk pop psych numbers and several cover songs. Not ball's out punk like The Seeds but folk rock garage, like the stuff on CICADELIC Records
VINYL RECORD has numerous scuffs and scratch marks, as if not cared for or played stacked up, and not placed back in it's sleeve BUT, still retains bright shine and plays loud, crisp and clear there is repeated tics on the first song due to a feelable scratch, the mid three songs are mostly crisp and clear the last song has some surface sound in the lighter areas RECORD GRADES GOOD PLUS (playable, enjoyable) which in record collecting circles means not very good
OUTER COVER is much easier to grade due to visual former water damage and front cover slick separation and obvious tearing and missing cover slick FRONT COVER IS VERY POOR TO GOOD MINUS back cover is not as bad but still has foxing and discoloring along bottom seam area, unbroken spline and seams with dog ear wear at top spline corner BACK COVER GRADES GOOD PLUS plus there is former owners name ink stamp near center on front cover
