This listing is for The National's "Boxer: Live in Brussels", which is a rare 2018 Record Store Day exclusive of a live performance of the entire Boxer album in Brussels. The album is a clear LP, featuring all 12 tracks from Boxer. 
The album has been played once and appears to be in Mint condition, with no discernible flaws. There is some minor wear to the album cover / cardboard sleeve, but no tears or significant creases.
