Super rare and hard to find!
Bought new, opened to re-sleeve and then never played. I remember streaming it and thinking it was too goshdarn depressing. I'm just not that guy anymore.
Everything is in flawless condition, as it was never played, just stored on a record shelf untouched for years. Both LPs are immaculate and mint, as are the lyric poster, the signed door hanger thing, and the two funky inner sleeves.
I *did* affix the two hype stickers to the back of the jacket, as I was apt to do with new records back then. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Hence, the sleeve is listed as NM.
The download card was never used so I wouldn't know if it still works. If it doesn't, you can try asking Sub Pop, or writing your Congressman. I've heard it works, especially if they love The National. It's pretty cool looking, as far as download cards go.
But yea, too depressing for my tastes. A really beautiful package though. Just needs a new home. I'm basing the pricing on what I've seen it go for online in this condition.
