    Description

COVER: VG-

RECORD: G

NOTES: Record grade is strict visual - it actually plays MUCH better than it looks - more like a strong VG. Cover has clear acid-free tape repair to seams and spine done by myself. I removed about 14 staples from this cover, costing me some fingernail damage. I usually don't use tape on covers, but in this case I think it improves the look and also covers over the small holes from where the staples were removed. Also there is prior owner ink name on back cover and 1 label side. I actually like this album a lot - I guess the 1961 date means we can't call it garage rock yet, but this is better than any Justice label record I've heard.

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.

I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
