Description
Voices of Babylon is the third studio album by the British band The Outfield, released during the spring of 1989 and which spawned an eponymous single. It was the group's last album to feature drummer Alan Jackman until the release of Replay in 2011. It was also their final album on the Columbia label. Following the album's release, and with their commercial success slipping, the band parted ways with drummer Alan Jackman and soon hired Paul Read as a replacement for the album's tour.

This Vinyl is Primo !...Hardly any marks..But a few So EX- Or Better !..Plays Perfectly all the way through ! Jacket Is nice ! Does have a bend at top right corner..Some Edge wear..But Nice vivid colors VG+ Or Better (Gold Stamp on front) Inner Sleeve has some wear..Wrinkles...2 sides are solid but taped well..Still in good condition !
Voices Of Babylon is arguably the best overall album by the vastly underrated British power pop band,The Outfield. Always melodic in their approach, these guys can both rock hard, and sing up a storm in the process. Tony Lewis' slicing tenor and rock-solid basswork is complimented by John Spink's flavorful, majestic, arpeggio-filled guitar playing.And of course, these 2 pillars of the group have voices that blend breathtakingly well together to form numerous catchy, harmony-flavored hooks.
