Ladise b/w My Doctor Of Love 

Pla-Bac 106 Label 

Original pressing from 1956

The way to tell the difference on an original compared to the boot are

1) Ladise side has very clear 45 r.p.m. The boot in unclear

2) On both sides between O and R of Records on Pla-Bac Records on top, the boot has a small line underneath. The original does not have that.
