Description

The Penguins: " Earth Angel " / " Hey Senorita" . A 1954 Dootone 78 rpm record.  The record is VG+ as described above.It was released as the bands debut in 1954.  It was the first independent label release to appear on Billboard's national pop charts. It peaked in the top ten. Even though it was their only hit, it sold over 10 million records.   In 2005, it was one of the 50 recordings chosen by the Library of Congress to be added to the National Recording Registry deeming it " culturally , historically , or aesthetically  important.
