Description

Here is a nicely preserved, very rare first issue of the Penguins' debut single for Dootone (backed by a Dootsie Williams track). This is the original 1954 pressing on glossy, rigid vinyl. Condition is either a very strong VG or a qualified VG+ with some light surface wear and a couple of scratches on the B-side that are not audible at all. Playback is excellent throughout with faint background crackle at the start of each side. Labels are both clean (see pics). The audio linked below comes directly from this copy:
