Very underrated Italian Library jam produced at Edizioni Musicali MINSTREL studios written by Nanni Civitenga and Daniele Cestana under their aliases. Composed with the collaboration of misterious *Leone and *Marzullo under the obscure 'The Phantoms' studio combo, only appeared on this record. Amazing groovy session containing some unique Space Funk and Cosmic Disco tunes / Progressive Downtempo Funk & '80s Psychedelic burners / sleazy Wah Wah guitars and delicious spacey synthesizers. Fine Prog. touch over the whole album with fascinating guitar riffs thanks to maestro Civitenga's flair, the man also behind Italian Prog. bands SAMADHI and RACCOMANDATA RICEVUTA DI RITORNO, record collectors sought-after albums. Amazing futuristic sleeve artwork.
2 KILLER tracks from this lovey jam: "PROGRESSION RIFF" si the top of the deal with outstanding obsessive Progressive Funk mood played in 12/8 measures, fantastic tension/pursuit spacey theme and mental Cosmic Funk groove. "DISCO BLUE" is another Disco-Funk sure shot. More Disco-Funky samples with romantic/Easy Listening vibes "SAIL'S SONG" and "PASSIONATE ROCK" with its sleaze '80s Downtempo Psychedelic sound and other rockin' Electronics.
