Description
The Pink Floyd The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn Orig Blue Columbia Stereo SCX 6157.
This is Pink Floyd 1st album in stereo on the blue and black Columbia label.
The listen to this album is so much better than in mono, the stereo separation and phasing is brilliant.
The vinyl surfaces have a good sheen to them but there are various surface marks / small scuffs that cause some pops and the odd click here and there is some static crackle.
The were no jumps or sticks on my turntable.
The labels are really nice with no writing or stickers/marks, the KT tax code is embossed on side 2.
Matrix is YAX 3419-1, YAX 3420-1.
Stampers are M1 and A1 so an early Pressing.
The original EMI sepia advertising inner from the time is also included.
The sleeve is also really nice with a little laminate creasing here and there on the front panel. The rear is very nice also.
