Description

The Piper at the Gates of Dawn / Pink Floyd. SCX 6157. 3rd UK Stereo Pressing. Excellent Condition.

Matrix Numbers. Side 1. YAX 3419-1  G0. Side 2. YAX 3420-1  G11 

This record is from my personal collection and has only been played a few times, as can be seen by the small number of spindle trails around the hole. The vinyl is in excellent condition given its age, (check out the photos). Two virtually imperceptible small surface scratches on track two do not affect play. In fact you may need a magnifying glass to spot these as I did. This record still sounds excellent after all these years. Light background crackle detected in the quieter passages, consistent with vinyl of this age.

 I would rate the cover as VG. Some light scuffing of the corners, with light laminate wrinkling. Overall, I think you would be extremely lucky to find such an excellent copy of this pressing with the vinyl in this condition.
