From Uni Records (3009), this is  the eponymous album  

by THE PLEASURE FAIR, an original monaural high fidelity 

pressing released in 1967. Jacket is NEAR MINT; LP is NEAR MINT MINUS. 

This is old-timey hippie music produced by David Gates (Bread) and

featuring a killer version of the Lennon-McCartney classic The Things

We Said Today. In addition, it is an ultra-rare promo piece. Highest

recommendation.
