Description
Here for auction is a genuine rarity.
Issued as part of the "Six Pack" singles collection. This was a limited edition issue of six 7" singles pressed on blue vinyl with special Police labels.
However, just a handful of copies of "Message in a Bottle" were mistakenly pressed on black vinyl making this a very rare item indeed.
Some copies of "Roxanne" and "Can't Stand Losing You" were also miss-pressed on black vinyl, but "Message in a Bottle" is by far the rarest of the bunch.
The catalogue number is AMPP 6001/1. B-side "Landlord"
CONDITION
Sleeve - Is the original for the release and carries the AMPP 6001 number. Excellent condition. No tears, writing, scuffs or sellotape.
Disc - Excellent condition. No chips or scratches and plays through perfectly with good clear sound.
Labels - Perfect condition. No writing, stickers, defacing or blemishes.
