Important Notes:Signed on back cover and OIS in fine point black ink by celebrated American photographer Duane Michals (b. 1932), one of the great photographic innovators of the 20th century. Comes from a specialty collection from a collector who specialized in fine artists' work on album covers. The cover looks fantastic—Michals' iconic b/w portraits of the band overlaid with the three colored stripes look wonderful, especially paired with his signature in the lower right, just below Sting! Comes with hype sticker. Only slight shelf and ring wear, light wear oon edges, a price sticker in the top right, and a small crease and tiny edge tear on the bottom opening. Looks very impressive! Music sounds great, only some very light surface noise that's mostly audible during lower parts and doesn't detract from the music. Professionally cleaned with an ultrasonic vinyl washer. A great collector's copy of Michals’ most celebrated album cover! Duane Michaels is an acclaimed fine art photographer who has been the subject of solo exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art, Carnegie Museum of Art and the International Center for Photograph, and has been honored by the National Arts Club and Royal Photography Society.
