I was told only one out of 25 had the gold cover back in 1983, but I think it was less as I haven't seen many since. I bought it the day it came out. Album and cover look brand new. Contains insert that plugs a Police video. Record has never been played. " This Record is pressed with KC-600 Audiophile Vinyl " is written on the promotional sticker.
