Description
This is a first-issue reissue LP of “The Power of the Orchestra,” Chesky Records catalog number RC30. It’s a reissue of the legendary RCA “Living Stereo” original featuring “A Night on Bald Mountain” and “Pictures at an Exhibition” performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Rene Leibowitz, conductor. I got this record as a promo when it was released around the mid to late 1980s.
The cover is in Excellent condition with just a few minor blemishes and wear. The record is in superb shape – I will call the disc Near Mint although it appears to be unplayed and I can find no spindle marks.
I have been collecting records and CDs for over 45 years and have decided to begin selling items from my collection as I no longer have the time to listen or the room to keep all my records. Keep your eyes open for many more records up for auction as time goes on. All of my records have been fanatically well kept over the decades in a smoke-free home.
