On a hot, humid Summer afternoon (August 21, 1963) a man later to reach the depths of infamy as the most notorious assassin of the twentieth century participated in a then unheralded radio debate in New Orleans.
The assassin-te-be: LEE HARVEY OSWALD - a name that history will record ignominiously alongside that of John Wilkes Booth. Opposing Oswald in the debate was a Cuban refugee with vivid first-hand knowledge of Communist deceit and atrocity, CARLOS BRINPGUIER.
