Description

This is my original, first pressing of Beggars  Banquet.  This was the seventh UK album released by the Rolling Stones. This is a highly sought after early 4K and 3K matrix pressing.




The album was purchased by me when first released and looked after for the last 56 years.  Always stored correctly and rarely played after initial purchase. The outer laminated sleeve by Robert Stace is still in excellent condition with no markings, creases or tears and the spine is still fully legible (please see photos).




The inner sleeve is included although I keep all of my albums in modern, protective sleeves.




Play tested, prior to offering for sale, with my Rega P10/Apheta 3.  Having played both sides I am classifying the audio throughout as EX+ bordering on NM as there are no pops, clicks or scratches and minimal surface noise between tracks.  Played very loudly the dynamics and sound stage are stunning.  No visible spindle wear.




This is a great opportunity to purchase one of the most iconic albums released by the Stones in its original format.
