Description

One of the seminal punk bands of from the late 1970's early 1980's. This is one of the premier punk bands of the pacific northwest from Portland, OR.  This is the orginal, not a reissue, that the lead singer Fred Cole gave to me in 1982 when the Rats plays the WOW Hall in Eugene, OR. I wrote a review for the University of Oregon student newspaper. At the time this was one of the best punk bands in North America, period.  This is when Portland, OR was a cheap place for wayward punks such as the Rat's to live. The Record has been visually and play-graded and is in Near Mint condition.  The Sleeve has obvious wear but is still VG+, wear includes creasing, light ring wear, and spine wear on a black cover.
