Description

Here is a beautiful early RCA picture disc of the Raven By Poe #2000. The record features Leopold Stokowski and the Philadelphia Orchestra with music by Arcady Dubensky and reading by Benjamin de Loache. It is in great shape considering it's age. It is lightly warped. It also has a few minor scuffs and light scratches. The largest can be seen in the close up photo of the first side. About 2" into playing the first side there is a worn groove that makes noise for about a second. The rest plays great with some background noise and a few light ticks here and there. EVERY RCA Picture record from this period that I have ever heard is noisy. This is the nature of how they were made. It displays beautifully and would be hard to find a better copy. This one very rarely turns up for sale! There is no reserve. I am selling record #2001 in another auction. Check it out!!! Lucky high bidder to pay shipping and insurance. I pack my records really well! Thanks for looking and good luck!
