An absolutely superb copy of The Real People's Debut album on Columbia.

This massively overlooked 1991 Brit pop album is very hard to find on vinyl.

The condition of the playing surfaces is superb as near mint as I believe you are likely to find in a record that has been played.

Both sides are beautifully glossy, dust and fingerprint free.

The vinyl looks to be in as good condition as the day it was pressed. I can't see any marks of any kind.

The only reason I haven't graded as Mint is that it has been played.

The outer sleeve is in excellent condition.

There is a very very small amount of ringwear to the top of the front cover in the black area of the image.

corners are all good and the spine is in superb condition.

The inner sleeve is also in excellent condition.

there is a small tear of about 8mm to one of the edges,

the left hand one if you are looking at the side with the A side lyrics.

Before photographing, each record was cleaned using a Knosti disco-antistat record cleaner using a solution

of 1:8 parts Isopropyl Alcohol to De-ionised water, with a couple of drops of a surfactant.

If necessary, records were given a hands on clean, as bellow, followed by a second run through the Knosti.

1 - Removal of any surface dust with a light brushing over with a carbon fibre and velvet disc cleaning pad

2 - Deep cleaning with large (Big Fudge) velvet pad and cleaning solution

3 - A final brushing with a Pro-Ject carbon fibre record brush.

I am a professional photographer by trade, and have gone to great lengths to light and photograph covers, inner sleeves

and the vinyl themselves in such a way as to show, as accurately as possible, the actual condition of all.

Rest assured that what you see is exactly what will be despatched to you if you are the successful winner of each listing.

I personally wouldn't bid on a pre-owned record without the option to return it if I felt that the seller hadn't been

totally truthful and transparent in their description of it, or that on receipt it didn't live up to my expectations. 

And I do not expect you to do so either. 

Unless otherwise stated every record was purchased by myself from new and only ever played

by myself on my own deck and with as expensive a cartridge as I could afford at the time.

And finally, because Mr or Mrs  Poasty may not handle your record with the same care and reverence that you or I would,

I will dispatch in a specialised corrugated cardboard record mailing outer, and if I feel even more protection is required

I will also include two extra sheets of 3mm corrugated cardboard for added safety and protection.
