Description

Up for auction is an original rare UK TEST PRESSING of The Replacements 'Boink!' LP on Glass Records MGLALP 16 from 1986. 

Test pressings are quite rare and only made in small quantities. They are pressed prior to the actual commercial copies and are used for quality testing and promotion. The tracks are: Color Me Impressed, White And Lazy, Within Your Reach, If Only You Were Lonely (b-side of 1st single), Kids Don't Follow, Nowhere Is My Home (unreleased), Take Me Down To The Hospital, and Go. This is extremely rare so bid accordingly!

Record info:

This is a near mint copy with extremely minor surface noise. It has only been played once or twice. It has a MayKing Records, LTD Test pressing label with the catalog # and date filled in on the a-side. The b-side doesn't not have that info filled in.

Cover info:

It comes in a generic die-cut cover. It comes with the original release sheet with track listing and some bio info. It has some creasing and a staple hole.

Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.

Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail (not recommended for high value items) or $12 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.

International shipping will be $20. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
