I'm a record collector occasionally selling off some surplus items to make room for more records.
This is the beautifully mastered, beautifully pressed and beautifully packaged Rolling Stones 1964-1969 box set, which I bought new from Amazon on its release in 2010. It's in immaculate, near mint condition except for the following:
1. The outside of the box, though close to perfect, has some very faint rubbing/handling marks here and there that can only be seen when the light's in a certain direction. The box has no bumps, dings or tears and the corners are completely square with no bashes..
2. Let It Bleed has a very light, thin scratch about 2cm long on side 1. It's difficult to see but it makes some very light ticks across the last few seconds of Love In Vain and the first few seconds of Country Honk as well as the gap in between. It was like that from new but I didn't think it was serious enough to send it back.
All the records have been played once but none of them has been played more than twice (which is why I'm selling the set). All have been cleaned on my record cleaning machine and put in Nagaoka No.102 anti-static sleeves which fit inside the existing unlined paper inners. All the album sleeves have been placed inside poly outers to keep them in perfect condition..
The auction includes a coupon for a digital download which I haven't used.
To avoid any possibility of split seams in transit, I will take all the LPs out of their sleeves before shipping and pack them separately. I will pack everything very securely and give a full refund if there is any damage at all during transit.
I'm offering FREE delivery by courier to mainland Britain, excluding the highlands and islands. Please don't ask if I'll accept a bid from anywhere else or if I'll accept a buy-it-now offer to end the auction early - the answer in both cases is sorry, but no.

Edit: I don't know if there are any fake versions of this box set in circulation, but if there are, I guarantee this is not one of them!
