Description

THE ROLLING STONES
"BEGGARS BANQUET"
SKL.4955
1968
At 55 years old, this iconic Rolling Stones LP is in pretty good shape for its age. There are signs of usage with a few light hair-lines and one or two scuffs that have no significant impact on the playback - all tracks play through without jumps, clicks or serious pops. However, I did hear a light pop halfway through track 3 - side 2 "Stray Cat Blues" that lasted about 3 seconds - other than that, no other serious issues apart from the obvious light crackle between tracks which is synonymous with most vinyl LPs (New & Old) The polythene lined inner sleeve has two tears to its centre on one side - inch and a half and three quarters of an inch respectively.
Gate-fold sleeve has no splits or rips. No damage to the spine or edges.
All-in-all, a worthy addition to any collector's box.
