Description

An original 1st stereo press of BB on the UK Decca label from 1968. Matrix 1K/2K. Stampers 1CU/1CB. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original stereo Garrod & Lofthouse cover with 'patents pending' [ the very 1st design]. Also included is the original Decca inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light careful use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Beautiful faithfully rendered audio all the way through. Interference is very minor and infrequent. All I could detect were a few crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side. A top level copy which will keep you coming back for more time and again.
Cover (Vg+) In great condition and has clearly been looked after down the years. A lovely clean front and back with precious little creasing at all. The only thing to bear in mind is that there's a small 1.5 c.m. tear at both the openings which we have secured internally [and is, thus, only cosmetic]. The interior looks great. Edge wear is light for this title. There's little wear on the spine and all text is still legible, but it does have a fold line running through the middle of it as is very common. 
Inner (Vg+) A bit of ageing and a few creases. No splits though.
