Notes

This edition has the large Decca logo without the rectangular box on light blue labels with silver print. "Long Playing 33rpm" full frequency range recording "ffrr 'ear' logo"; Made in England · The Decca Record Co. Ltd. The early UK pressing is identified by the tax code "KT". Back cover shows the ''indicator hole'' to let the inner sleeve peep through: blue=stereo, red =mono. This kind of sleeve has appeared in late 1968. Printed in England by Robert Stace.
