Description
The Rolling Stones are an English rock band formed in London in 1962. The band are identified with the youthful and rebellious counter culture of the 1960's. They were instrumental in making blues a major part of rock and roll. The band is named after "Rollin' Stone", a Muddy Waters song. "Flowers" is a compilation album released in the summer of 1967. The songs were collected from studio sessions and reissues of songs recently released on other albums. Flowers reached #3 in the US. It includes some outstanding material you can't get anywhere else. Not a dud in the bunch, a timeless pop masterpiece that should appeal to diehard fans of The Stones. The cover is in very good+ condition with most of the original plastic wrap still attached, it has been signed as a gift with a sentiment. The vinyl is in excellent condition.
