I purchased this in the secondary market advertised with near mint vinyl and an excellent cover and following my own evaluation I agree with this.  Following a light cleaning I saw only a couple of faint surface lines and a test play through the Grados confirmed sound which was on par with the visual inspection and based on this numerically I score the vinyl a 96. Vinyl remains in a Mofi sleeve. The cover does show some light corner wear however all of the seams are tight.  There are a number of small stress lines most noticeably along the spine and bottom (mostly on the right side) however due to the coloring of the cover and the faintness of the lines they are really only visible upon a close inspection.  There is also light ring wear, a couple of small rub marks on the front and rear cover and finally when looking at the cover from behind there is what I think is a factory error and something you can feel more than see; to the left of Keith’s left eye there is about a 1” wide un-leveled area of the cover, I can’t really explain what it is but it can be seen looking at the cover a certain angle and felt on inspection.  Finally there is a small grab mark on the right side of the cover (grabbed wrong at some point trying to put the record back perhaps) however I think that covers it all. Numerically I score the cover an 86 which I feel is well within the excellent category. I'm sorry to say there are no inserts but I bought this album based on the quality of the actual vinyl (and am resisting the temptation to buy a lesser copy just to get the inserts in order to 'complete' this copy). The album will be shipped in between cardboard within a Whiplash record mailer.  If you have any other questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
