          We are making changes and freshening up our listings as our discs dwindle down to a precious few, with great respect to Weill & Anderson authors of September Song, but the great old vinyl you have loved and purchased here will remain the same high quality for the coming months.  Truth is nothing lasts forever and sealed, mint or never played vinyl product from the sixties, seventies and eighties is disappearing fast and when it’s gone, it’s gone.  Rising packaging cost and ever changing new regulations from eBay really make this whole process a labor of love and often a non profit one at that. All of that is now complicated by a new breed of unscrupulous buyer, few yes, but never the less an annoying cost of doing business here.  So considering the above we are now requiring clients who win our vinyl auctions to add insurance to tracking on the USPS shipping requirements.  We are going to cover those costs, but the buyer will have to pay three dollars in addition to actual USPS First Class or Priority charges to cover the cost of our mailer and pads. If the buyer chooses to protect their purchase further they can request alternate shipping or additional protection.  It is factual that I did work many years in music promotion and most of the items I offer are from my own collection or from an associate who worked in the same field at the same time.
