Description

A beautiful first pressing of the third compilation album of the Rolling Stones music released by former manager Allen Klein's ABKCO Records (who usurped control of the band's Decca/London material in 1970) after the band's departure from Decca and Klein. Released in 1975, Metamorphosis centres on outtakes and alternate versions of well-known songs recorded from 1964 to 1970. A must-have first pressing for any true Stones collector. Vinyl is in mint condition and looks like it has never been played. 100% original blue stereo insert is also in mint condition. Sleeve is graded excellent due to some light, barely visible staining to the top right corner of the front cover - otherwise in beautiful condition with little to no shelfwear. Happy to send further pictures as required.
